So, I wrote down the 32 entrants in a random order, and the 32 countries in a random order, and then asked Bas and Carlos to send me a random list of numbers from 1-32 each. These were then allocated to each entrant in order received, and each country likewise. I then matched up the two numbers.
Thus:
Octavio 17 - Iceland 17
Octavio gets Iceland.
